Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer must contact Totally Yours at (407) 321-8855 or via email at email@example.com for a return authorization. Customer will be responsible return postage. Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not be damaged or modified to qualify for refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of item at Totally Yours for refund.
